What Assembly is not
Assembly is not an insurance agency, brokerage, carrier, broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planning firm, real estate brokerage, law firm, tax firm or fiduciary. Assembly does not sell, issue, underwrite or guarantee any product or service, does not accept or submit applications, and does not handle client funds or commissions.
No professional advice
Assembly does not provide financial, legal, tax, insurance, investment or fiduciary advice. Every professional and organization remains responsible for its own advice, client relationships and regulatory obligations.
Independent providers
All products, services and opportunities are offered exclusively through independent providers, carriers, firms or appointed independent professionals, whose own terms, eligibility rules and pricing apply. References to solution categories, such as international life insurance, worldwide health coverage, investment-linked insurance or cross-border structures, are educational and general.
Availability and reach
References to countries or regions describe where independent providers have indicated they offer access to their solutions. They do not mean that every product or provider is available in every country. Availability is determined solely by each provider and applicable law.
Participation
Access to resources, tools and programs may be limited by jurisdiction, regulation, provider rules or eligibility. Assembly may approve, decline, modify or discontinue participation at its discretion.
